Nansemond River High School offers activities for both young men and women to continue the development of their physical, mental, social, and emotional growth during the high school years.

Nansemond River High School abides by the rules and regulations of the Virginia High School League, Region 5B, and Southeastern District for the by-laws, rules and regulations, and our scheduling.
