The FBLA will be having a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament for students on December 20 during 2nd block. Tickets will go on sale Monday, December 9 outside of room 114 before and after school. Come out and cheer on your friends!

The SAT will be administered at NRHS tomorrow. All testers should arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 am. Testers will enter through the student entrance once the doors are open. It is very important that testers remember to bring the following:

* admission ticket (make sure your photo is visible on the ticket)

No photo ID will result in no admission!
Cell phones and other electronic devices will be collected in the testing room by the proctor. Please leave them in your your car if possible. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Blyth in room 111.

The Chess Club will be meeting from 3:00 - 4:00 pm in the library.

Good news! The Toys for Tots Drive has been extended! All donations are due by Monday, December 9. Please bring them to room 118 (Ms. Simmons), room 121 (Mr. Bartholomew), room 123 (Mrs. J. Smith), or the Main Office secretaries. FBLA thanks you in advance for supporting our local kids this Christmas Season!

SOL Testing is Monday, December 2 - Tuesday, December 10 for transfer students and students needing to verify credit for graduation. Students should check with any of their teachers to get their testing schedule. Expedited testing will take place Wednesday, December 11 - Friday, December 20 for students who score 375-399 the period of December 2 - December 10.

The JROTC will be collecting non-perishable food items now through December 13. Items may be turned in to the JROTC hallway, room 131, each morning before 1st block. All food collected will help restock a local food bank for the holidays.

Attention Seniors: Do you need community service hours? Do you intend on attending basketball games or wrestling matches this winter? Coach Maus has a solution and a great opportunity for you to do both. He will need two workers each game to set up the gym and break it down after the games for each home event. If interested, please see Coach Maus to sign up. Underclassmen are welcome, but we will give priority to seniors to help them graduate.

As always, make today better than yesterday for yourself and others.
