Attention Seniors: Josten's will be at NRHS during all lunch shifts today, Monday, April 16. They will be handing out caps and gowns.

Chess Club meeting today from 3:10 - 4:10 pm in the Art Room. Participants must have their own transportation home.

The National Honor Society is now accepting applications for membership from students in grades 10-12 with cumulative GPA's of 3.5 or better. Letters of invitation went out through English teachers on Thursday and Friday. Please see Mrs. Murray in room 208 if you have any questions.

The National Honor Society will meet today to update service logs. Senior service logs are due next Monday.

Tryouts for any 9th grade girl interested in playing Future League Basketball will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at John Yeates Middle School at 5:00 pm. See Coach Mason in the ABC Room for more information.

The Nansemond River Performing Arts Company is proud to present The Lion King on April 19-21 and April 26-28 at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $5.00 for SPS staff and students. 

Prom permission slips are now available in the Main Office, Room 105 or Room 228. Tickets are $55 per person and will rise to $75 per person on May 14. Get your tickets early!

Attention all E-Sports club members: we will have the next meeting on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 3:15 - 4:45 in room 114. Please see Mrs. Kemp for more details.

The Science Club will meet on Monday, April 16 in room 219 at 3;15 pm. We will be doing an Earth Day activity outside. All are welcome. Make sure you have transportation home by 4:10 pm.

Thinking of studying a career in Electronics, Criminal Justice, Computer Science, Robotics, or Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning? Here's an opportunity to attend a field trip to get a hands-on experience in those careers. Get your permission slip now to attend the Paul D. Camp Career Exploration Day on May 4, 2018. This all-day trip will include lunch. Permission slips are available outside room 123 (Mrs. Smith's room). Only the first 30 students can attend so get your form in fast.

Any student interested in taking a Dual Credit class next year (at the College and Career Academy at Pruden or at NRHS), must come to Guidance for enrollment forms. The forms are due to Guidance by Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
