Teachers and students: It is that time of year to support the United Way. This year we want to beat all of the other high schools in raising funds to support the United Way. Nansemond River has been last of all three high school in contributions every year for the last 5 years. From now until September 28, if you give $3.00 or more to the United Way, you will be entered into a drawing for a JBL bluetooth speaker valued at $200.00. Teachers: payroll deduction does not count toward the drawing. Students and teachers can donate to the United Way during all lunch shifts.

Students who are dropped off in the morning are reminded that the drop offs should occur at the gym side of the building, NOT the front of the school. The 3:00 pm pick ups occur at the same place.

Make today better than yesterday for yourself and others! #WeAreNR
